The 104th Convocation for the International Church of God in Christ completed this week with a great outpouring and refereshing for the body of Christ.

The theme of this gathering  focused on reminding us that all we do is about God for it is "God's Church, God's People,God's Agenda".

A delegation from Haiti attended this years convocation as the gathering ended with a passing of the mantle of leadership from one faithful servant of God to another.

Church of God in Christ of Haiti is immensely grateful for the decades of service, sacrifice and vision of now Bishop Emeritus, Lopez D'Autruche.

One of his many accomplishments is "Vision 2000" which saw the building of a new national cathedral that is used for the Haiti national convocation.

We look forward to the 2012 Haiti-Convocation in January where the new Bishop Leon Pamphile will complete the process of his inauguation to which all are invited.

To God be the Glory!

Rebuilding of the Boutilliers Church destroyed during the 2010 earthquake.

Functional Literacy Ministries continues to rebuild lives in Haiti. This was clearly evident on January 9,2011 in the mountainous community of Boutiliers. Some 400 congregants and friends from Haiti and the US gathered there to dedicate the newly rebuilt church that was destroyed by the earthquake killing four and injuring scores of people. We gathered there overwhelmed by joyous emotions. Together the people raised high their voices to glorify God for his great blessings. We also give thanks to our friends at the Building Goodness Foundation who worked with Haitian workers to rebuild the structure.
